good moisturizer and prep, not a primer - 2/24/2011 8:08:45 AM I am using this in the morning and "all about eyes" from arcona in the pm when I remember. (I'm an arcona loyalist, and this is the only non arcona product I am using) I don't notice too much of a difference when I look at my eye area but I can actually use undereye concealer now without feeling like it makes my wrinkles look worse. My eye primer also glides on better. So, I think these 2 products are smoothing out and hydrating the eye area. I thought this would be tinted like an eye primer when I purchased it but it is not. It is a creamy white mositurizer. I have also used this and just liquid foundation instead of an eye shadow primer and it worked nicely. Will I buy it again? Most likely. It is cheaper then the eye dew I used from arcona and mositurizes a bit better. I can also control how much comes out of the container better.
