Product great, packaging terrible! - 1/27/2012 6:17:35 AM I ordered a total of 4 bottles of this product and none of the pumps work. So unfortuate because the product is wonderful. Very disappointed and frustrating.

SkinCeuticals Retinol 1.0 - 1/13/2012 2:35:51 PM When I first started using Skinceuticals retinol 1.0 my skin got real red and peeled. It peeled for days. I almost gave up. I stuck in there and now I get so so many complements! It has done wonders for my skin! The only bad thing is that the bottle is a poor design. The last bottle I received I had to send back because the product would not even come out. I would say about 75% of the time the product comes out when I first order it. I will say I will continue to use this cream! If it doesn't come out I will send it back and get a new one. I am a 35 year old woman that freckles easily and worshiped the sun and since I have been using it I get carded all the time when I order a drink at the restaurant. I feel awesome!
