not magic!!! - 8/10/2011 1:45:13 PM I've purchased this months ago so I have enough use of it to give a good review. I use this religiously along with my 3step Clinique products. It does take off all the makeup (except eye) which you can see on the brush, I have used the sensitive brush and now with the deep pore brush. Both brushes are not abrasive but are gentle on the skin. The Clarisonic is just a very expensive makeup cleanser, so don't expect any sort of magic. You won't have perfectly clear smooth skin. It will reduce/subside imperfections but it won't completely remove them ie. acne scars/marks. I don't have dry skin but I sometimes will have a small area of flaky skin and even after using this I still have that patch of flaky skin. I will still use this since it was quite expensive but as for results I know I won't be waking up to what I thought this Clarisonic was meant to do. I regret buying this and should have done my research.

Amazing from the first use!!! - 5/21/2011 7:21:55 PM I have had my Mia for just about a month and it's better than I could have imagined! From the very first use, my skin felt remarkably better! I immediaely noticed how soft and smooth my skin felt. I have minimal blemishes, but even those are smaller and tend to be less of a problem since using the Mia. The battery lasts a long time, I have only charged it once since the initial charge time. I have checked out several products and kept coming back to the Mia, which I now recommend to all my friends!

I have to admit is worth the money so far - 4/29/2011 1:21:43 AM I was my face twice because I use a lot of makeup and I have oily skin.when I got it I did the same thing I normally do,wash my face first time to get the dirt out good and then use it.I was amazed to see how orange the brush got after I already cleaned my face once.on my toner pad I always had a little bit of makeup residue after using this NONE!I didn't want to buy it because of the price,thought it's another commercial products that is not worth the money but I was surprised.hope it doesn't break or anything in the future,so far best investment and it does take dead skin away as well

directions for use for Clarisonic Mia Sonic Cleansing System - Red

Prior to the first use, charge the Clarisonic for 24 hours.

If you wear makeup, remove eye makeup by hand.

Wet your skin and the brush head with warm water. Liberally apply cleanser to your skin or to the brush head. Push the power button to turn your Clarisonic on and gently move the brush using a small circular motion, beginning on the forehead, then moving to the nose/chin area and the cheeks.

Pressing too hard will impede the motion of the brush and reduce its effectiveness. The outer brushes are designed to contain any residual mist from the brush oscillation, so be sure to hold the brush head flush to your skin.

The Clarisonic is waterproof and may be used in the shower or bathtub. Refer to important safeguards regarding the charging cradle.
