OK - 6/15/2012 9:33:43 PM Sort of an ointment/cream hybrid with a pleasant smell. While it is a decent moisturizer, I haven't noticed a significant difference in redness after two weeks of alternating use with a retinol product. It does not "sting" nearly as much as some reviews suggest. I have tried multiple OTC products for rosacea including la roche posay rosalaic and cerave (not specific to rosacea) and this one seems average, but twice the price.

trial purchase - 5/20/2011 9:49:39 AM I have not noticed any difference yet, but I have only been using it for a few weeks. My face turns very red right after I put it on, but that happens with anything I put on my face. It seems to be helping, one can only hope!

Apply twice daily to face, neck and décolleté.
Reapply to sensitive or irritated areas as necessary throughout the day. Avoid getting in eyes. If contact occurs, rinse eyes thoroughly with water. May be applied alone or in conjunction with other prescription or non-prescription topical treatments. Consistent use improves overall appearance of skin tone by neutralizing redness.
