oily... - 5/20/2008 3:52:42 PM the oil is indeed that, oil - doesn't absorb into the skin well. the cream is non-descript. It doesn't really offer anything that great - too bad!

Mix one drop of Chamomile Eye Oil with Neem Eye Cream. With your ring finger, smooth a small amount from the bridge of the nose out towards the temple. Use morning or night, followed by night cream or moisturizer. Tip: Massage the temples with Chamomile Eye Oil to ease tension headaches.
