Not the better half - 7/22/2012 4:23:53 PM I purchased this with the Pore purifying cleanser, and it was definitely the lesser of the two. The cleanser is great, but the toner made me see little breakouts and i feel it has somewhat of a slightly sticky feeling on the skin. For the price, really not worth it.

After cleansing, pour a generous amount of toner onto a piece of cotton and wipe face, neck and décolleté. Avoid irritated and sensitive areas. Allow toner to dry naturally. Follow with eye cream, serum, moisturizer and sunscreen.
