With a high concentration (10 percent) of nano-encapsulated citrus bioflavonoids, the Serum Luminescent promises clear, bright skin and an even complexion. This formula treats age spots on the face and neckline without irritation. After 30 days of use, the skin becomes approximately 15 percent lighter, under eye circles are diminished and the skin is more clarified and bright.
