I can't honestly say that I've noticed a dramatic change in my skin after finishing a bag of this supplement. On the other hand, I will be buying another bag because I figure that it's probably good for me to take a supplement containing so many vegetable/herbs, since my diet isn't as balanced as I'd like. The tablets smell a bit odd at first but I got used to the smell after a few doses. They are tiny tablets so they're easy to swallow, so don't be deterred by the fact that you take 5/day.
