I did not feel that I had any improvement from the blue light. However, the red light is worth the purchase. Definitely evens out the tone of your skin noticeably, helps to minimize any redness in your coloration. Also i see some improvements from lines and wrinkles as the light seems to stimulate the collagens and plump the face in those areas. I use the red light for 5 minutes in the morning and 10 at night. Since turning 40 it seemed my face was that of a teenager's - adult acne had reared its ugly head! I was suffering from rosacea. Medication was helping but I really didn't want to be taking Cleocin and Oracea for the rest of my life. I have been using ANSR since the middle of May and while I still do have occasional pimples, they seem smaller and I don't have the clusters any more. The biggest change I've noticed is that my face is visibly less red! I think the red light is AMAZING at reducing the facial redness I was experiencing. I have also noticed that facial lines and wrinkles are softer. I like the topicals a lot and haven't found them too drying. I've noticed over these last two months that my skin is less oily, pores are smaller and when I do get pimples they're not as pronounced or long lasting. On the downside, I still have outbreaks so the blue light doesn't seem to be as effective as I would like. directions for use for ANSR Acne Starter Kit

• ANSR Prep cleansing Treatment: Wet face and gently massage the refreshing cleanser into a lather. Leave on your skin for an additional 20 seconds to allow the ingredients to work. If drying of the skin occurs, start by leaving ANSR Prep on the skin for 5 seconds and gradually build up to the full 20 second application. Rinse thoroughly and pat skin dry. Avoid eye area when cleansing with Prep.



• ANSR Beam Device: Once you've thoroughly cleansed your skin, apply both blue and red light to the affected areas. Press the Beam "ON" button for blue light and place directly on the skin. The Beam will vibrate slightly to let you know it's working. Using a slow, sweeping motion, gently run the unit along the surface of your skin for 5 minutes. Beam will automatically switch to deep penetrating red light waves for 5 minutes, followed by automatic shut-off. (You can manually cycle from blue to red by switching the button off and then on again.)



• ANSR Day Protective Moisturizer: Use in the morning. After treatment with light, apply a layer of Day Protective Moisturizer to acne prone areas. Gently massage until absorbed into the skin. If drying of the skin occurs, begin with a spot application and gradually build up to application over the entire affected area. You may apply makeup directly following application.



• ANSR Night Gel: Use in the evening. Apply a layer of Night Gel to acne prone areas. Gently massage until absorbed into skin. If drying of the skin occurs, begin with a spot application and gradually build up to application over the entire affected area.
