Reduces Under-Eye Circles - 9/6/2011 7:45:36 AM I have spent most of my life with dark circles under my eyes. My dermatologist recommended this product, and I am pleased with the results. I have used the Illume Eye Cream for two years, and I am much less self-conscious about my appearance than I used to be. Although not a complete "cure," this product has definitely reduced my use of concealer and gets a thumbs up from me.
