A.G.E. Interrupter is specifically formulated to improve the creping, thinning appearance of mature skin caused by intrinsic or internal aging processes such as glycation.

Glycation occurs when excess glucose molecules stick to collagen and elastin fibers, eventually binding them together and leading to the formation of Advanced Glycation End-products (A.G.E.). Glycated collagen and elastin fibers lose the ability to function normally, and the body cannot break them down and replace them, which leads to severe wrinkling of the skin.

A.G.E. Interrupter is a unique treatment formulated with 4% Blueberry Extract, 30% Proxylane and 0.2% Phytosphingosine to help prevent the glycation process and correct severe signs of intrinsic aging in mature skin.

A Great Treatment! - 10/12/2011 7:06:45 AM This is in response to rosemary116 who says this product was not hydrating enough. What she does not know is that it is a treatment, not a moisturizer, which is still needed. Big difference!!! I have been using this treatment for several years through my skin clinic and know that it really works and the longer you use it the more you see the results. Over the years I have tried many, many products and have at last settled for those that work and not the hype around them, that can be mind boggling!

way too pricey for what it does... - 1/29/2011 5:29:44 AM i was really excited to give this a try, but was let down by it's quality for the price i paid. the texture is very smooth, but when i put it on my face, it didn't absorb quickly, but instead left a thin film on top of my face. i was only able to wear it at night because i couldn't wear it with makeup. maybe it'll be good for someone who has oily skin... but since i have normal/dry skin, i need more hydration and something that's going to seep into my skin and hydrate it.

So Happy - 10/22/2010 10:48:29 AM I am so happy I found Skinceuticals. I started with this product and within 3 days there was a marked improvement in my skin. My pores shrunk, my skin texture was greatly improved. Since I got such good results from this product, I ordered the C E Ferulic and Hydrating B5 Gel kit that was offered. These two products just make the A.C.E. interrupter work better. Since then I went on to purchase the Retexturizing Activator and it too is fantastic. The prices are very high, but the results are there. Plan on purchasing eye care next.
