Once a day, at bedtime, apply formula with applicator brush, in a thin line, along upper lash line only at the root area (as though you are applying eyeliner). Use sparingly, only a small amount of product is necessary for each application. Do not apply more than once per day. If using eye make-up remover, rinse with warm water to neutralize and wait until lashes are fully dry before applying product. Can also be applied to clean brows at bedtime.
