I use this twice a week and other times I cleanse my face with the Clarisonic brush. The reason being that aside from being a good exfoliant, it delivers anti-aging, skin enhancing ingredients that nuture your skin. If you use anyother ZO Skin Health products, the anti-aging properites are multiplied. This exfoliant, should you be using the Obagi NuDerm maintenance, as I am this product helps with the elimination of the flaking that results from the use of retinoids.
