Pump needs to be fixed - 12/20/2011 3:41:28 AM This is the second serum I buy and while I like the serum, I will never buy it again due to the pump malfunction. This product is not cheap and as soon as you get to half the bottle the pump does not dispense the product properly. The serum ends up getting all over the top and splashing everywhere.

Seen a big improvement - 12/19/2011 1:44:50 PM I finally had enough and talked to my doctor about my hormonal breakouts. She suggested birth control again, but I wanted to see if something topical would help instead. I have been using this cleanser twice a day, after I wipe my face clean with a makeup wipe, and the clarisonic mia (sensitive head). It has really cleared up my face. Before this cleanser arrived I was just using proactiv (which has 2.5% bp) and my rx topical antibiotic which helped somewhat but not anything drastic. I have sensitive skin and this is really lightweight and non-greasy. My only complain is it doesn't seem to grab onto the skin's surface, imagine putting a thick jelly on your face. It also doesn't lather well, but it works so it must stay on my face somehow.

Good stuff! - 12/9/2011 7:36:33 AM I have been using this product for several years and is one of my regular skin care serums. My skin is sensitive and it keeps the rudiness down for even toned skin. Unless I find something better, this is one thing that i will not be without.

Does What It Says - 9/11/2011 1:15:49 AM I love that this is a lightweight hydrator, as I have very oily skin. I use it in conjunction with the Acne cream and other prescription meds. It protects my skin, and it leaves it feeling very soft.

Great product but the pump needs to be replaced... - 9/6/2011 2:03:26 PM I had to be patient and have noticed that this product works. However, as other reviews mentioned, beware of the PUMP... It -the pump- seems to have a malfunction or maybe the manufacturer needs to come up with another container that makes it easier to dispense the product w/o it getting wasted. Considering how expensive it already is, one cannot afford to loose any of it... If you are willing to go past this defect, then it's a great product.
blackfreckles Atl, GA Pros: absorbs quickly, lightweight, hydroquinone free Cons: pricey

Good product, worth the try - 9/6/2011 1:42:41 PM I purchase this product as I had a microderm and my beautician used the pca travel size products for my after-procedure care. I used this particular product for fading my dark spots, but the plus for me is that it's hydroquinone free, since I am highly allergic to this ingredient. It's easy to use and seems to be working gradually at serving its purpose; I look forward to better result as I keep using and hopefully won't have to keep purchasing as it's expensive...

Best acne cream - 9/5/2011 1:44:51 PM I first received this product after visiting a Spa for a chemical peel. The PCA acne cream was recommended to help control my acne. That was over four years ago and I have been using the PCA acne cream since. This product has worked wonders for my skin as I continue to have acne in my adult years. The thing I like best about this cream is that it helps to eliminate future breakouts when applied at the first sign of a breakout. It also helps to clear existing acne breakouts quicker. I have tried other products and the PCA acne cream gets my vote every time. It will definitely remain an item for my skin care regimen.
inga Cons: harsh/abrasive, heavy

Don't put your spots at risk! - 7/31/2011 8:55:38 AM Purchased this serum and pigment bar in hopes of fading a few age spots based on the great reviews. Followed the directions meticulously and always applied a broad spectrum sunscreen (Sheishido SPF 50) after the am application. Used the combo system for 6 weeks and expected the spots to darken before "falling off" as some reviews indicated. Not only did the spots never fade, these products ruined by face!! In addition to an overall darkening of the existing spots, I am now left with multiple new large sun spots that appeared after using these products for a couple weeks. I remained hopeful but discontinued use after horrible results and darker spots and new sun spots that now cover my cheeks. It's important to mention that I take excellent care of my skin and avoid sun exposure if/when possible. Have never reviewed a product but am so disappointed and upset by the condition of my face that I wanted to warn others that the potential negative effect is not worth it! Wish I had never used this product!

- 5/8/2011 12:56:42 AM Can't really review very fairly as I have not been using it very long but unfortunately I have not seen any decrease in my brown spots. I will keep using and hope to see results in the near future.
