The best one yet! - 8/2/2011 9:37:42 PM I have combination skin--skin that's very hard to read. Certain products either make my whole face dry or extremely oily by mid day. While others simply create some dryness around some area of my face. Living in the dry State of CO doesn't help either. I have only used this product for a few days and I can already see the difference around my cheeks and T-zone. They are less shiny than normal. I also know that it works because I am using less blotting paper throughout the day now :) The down sides are, it's not moisturizing enough for the dryness around my mouth area because of the Acne Buster Kit I started using recently, and it's kind of pricey. Since I am new to PTR, so I am still adjusting to all those products and working out a routine among the products to regulate my face oil levels.

Love this moisturizer - 7/23/2011 6:07:14 AM Love, love, love this moisturizer. I have tried others and always go back to this one. My skin tends to be dry and I've been using it during the day for several years now. My skin is moisturized and smooth and soft.

Disappointing - 1/16/2011 12:07:14 PM I really, really wanted to love this. PTR makes quality products so I was excited about giving this a go. However, this product was tacky and made my foundation patchy and it would peel right off. Moreover, maybe this would work on those with moderately oily skin, but my face was shiny within a few hours. Too bad.

Love the convenience! - 11/15/2010 12:27:41 AM I love that this can be applied over make-up.Perfect for touch up on-the-go. I don't have problem getting the products out or storing it,The brush is not that soft or smooth, but it's acceptable to me. It does help to control shine on my face during mid-day. The packaging can be further improved.Perhaps transparent bottle, especially at the bottom, so that we can see when it's running out. Also wish that it could be cheaper.

Maybe not for acne-prone skin - 10/23/2010 11:34:34 PM I loved the concept of this product, touching up my SPF throughout the day, and the color sort of worked for my very fair skin. But this product made me break out, and I noticed afterward that it has cornstarch in it, which is a no-no for acne-prone skin types. Later I found a similar product by Colorescience with no cornstarch, and it has worked much better for me.

excellent product - 7/26/2010 10:06:31 AM This mineral foundation is so light & natural, it's great for oily skin. I like it's unique application, couple times more came out than expected. It has a long lasting effect.

good ingredients, still a tad greasy - 7/7/2010 4:52:49 PM I like this product, because, as another reviewer noted, it makes it easy to put on sunscreen every day without having to add another step to my skincare routine in the mornings. It has good ingredients, which I appreciate, but it still makes my skin feel a bit greasy -- which seems to be the norm for any sunscreen. My skin is combination type in the summertime, so I have to apply powder after using this product in order to get rid of the shine. It does seem to last all day, though, and doesn't irritate my usually-sensitive skin, so overall I'd rate it as a pretty good product for a sunscreen/moisturizer product.

- 3/23/2010 10:44:03 AM The texture of the powder is lightweight and smooth. The problem is with the tube and brush. At the beginning, you could hardly get it out(not enough powder for protection). Later on, you could hardly stop it getting out (powder splash all over).

Another great concept for an item - 2/6/2010 3:21:50 AM I really like the Peter Thomas Roth items and I tried the pressed powder first, but it was too dark, so I tried this loose powder. It's very difficult to get the powder into the brush, and when you do it took a pretty thick application for the powder to take the shine out of my oily skin. Not only is it difficult to use, the brush sheds at least a dozen bristles with every application. If PTR can improve the design, I will definitely try using it again!

Not easy - 10/17/2009 3:12:34 PM This is very difficult to use -- almost impossible to get any "sunscreen powder" on the brush. I definately did not get true protection. It was okay to use to before I ran a few blocks for a lunch break, but I would not count on it for true sun protection.
