Something just isn't working for me - 2/6/2012 5:44:36 AM I was really looking forward to trying this kit, but something in it isn't working for me. I have been using Clean & Clear wash and Clinique Moisture Surge Oil-Free moisturizer for at least ten years, but I thought I'd step it up a bit and try a "better" product. Since I LOVE philosophy, I thought for sure this would be a good one. At first, I thought the Hope in a Jar was kind of greasy, but I got used to it after about a week. But now, my cheeks are very dry. I have some experimenting to do to figure out if it's the wash, moisturizer, or the night treatment. I'm really hoping it's only one of them so I can at least say I recommend something from this kit, just not the whole kit itself.

Transforming my skin! - 1/23/2012 3:16:38 PM I've been using this kit pretty faithfully for almost a month now and it has taken my dry tired skin and made it look A LOT better! I'm 31 and because my skin tends to be fair and dry, the little bit of lines around my eyes and smile lines were much more visible. Make up was just making it look worse! Now the lines around my eyes seem to be improving and both are much less visible. My favorite thing about this product is that my make up goes on sooooo smooth over it. It doesn't tug, pull or crumble. It blends beautifully. One warning is to not overdo it in the morning because it will look greasy if you do. This product is great for dry skin but would probably be to greasy for normal. Also, my skin can be a little sensitive but I have had no irritation problems.

I liked the title as it makes skin care simple - 10/17/2011 7:57:21 PM This set is a great start to any skin care regime, The cleanser is so creamy and kind to my skin yet it cleans all of my make up off at the end of the day. The cream Hope is so creamy and luscious yet absorbs quickly with no greasy residue. The retinol night cream is a little harsh for my skin so I only use it every second night - you have to try it every night and then lessen or maintain the use depending on the outcome.

compliments - 9/17/2011 6:40:23 PM I have "noticed" quite a FEW compliments and positive questions since I starting using your product again. People around me starting asking me if I was pregnant because I had such a lovely glow to my complexion( I chuckled to myself..."it doesn't take a man to make my complexion glow"!). Other comments like, what has changed in my life, you look so much younger and happier, what are you doing?? I am quite the clown with replies like above, but also replies like " it was less then $200.00 and it is the best $200.00 I've spent in a long time.....lets just say it doesn't have batteries!!!! That usually sends everyone laughing. In the end I tell them all about the products and give some samples of what I have purchased just so they can try it. This kit has some of the elements of the Makeup optional, however, I think it will serve me better in the winter, especially Hope In a Jar 25 SPF, which is great but a little heavy and greasy for the summer.
