As part of our commitment to you, all SkinStore purchases are backed by our 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with any of the products you have purchased at, you may return them within 30 days. If your product is outside of the 30 day return policy window, please feel free to contact one of our customer service representatives for further assistance. Your satisfaction is our top priority. Return Instructions – 4 Easy Steps to No Hassle Returns

Before shipping your return we recommend that you review our entire return guidelines below.

  1. Obtain your Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#). There are 3 simple ways to do this:
    • Complete the web-form on this page.
    • Email us at Please include your order number and a list of the item(s) you’d like to return.
    • Contact us via phone at (888) 586-7546, Monday through Friday, 10 AM - 6:30 PM ET
  2. Include all parts, pieces, printed materials, and accessories, along with the product's original packaging. You are welcome to keep your free samples or gifts with purchase – those are yours!
  3. If you still have it, please include a copy of your packing slip along with your RMA#.
  4. Mail your return to:

You are responsible for return shipping charges. To ensure that we receive your return, we recommend using a method of shipment with tracking and insurance.

Return Policy

  • Customers are responsible for return shipment charges.
  • We are not responsible for return packages that may be lost or damaged in transit. We recommend that you choose a method of shipping with tracking and insurance.
  • Customers must obtain an RMA# and return their item(s) within 30 days (60 days for StriVectin SD 5oz, BelleCore, and Baby Quasar), of receipt of their order, unless otherwise noted on the product’s detail page.
  • Returned products are subject to inspection by SkinStore staff. All parts, pieces, printed materials, and any original product packaging must be returned. Please do not return empty products.
  • Any tool return must contain all parts sold with the original purchase, including cords, chargers, adapters, carry case and any accessories. Wellbox return policy: We can only accept the return of an unopened and unused Wellbox (SKU# WB001) within 30 days of purchase. Once opened, Wellbox is ineligible for return. The carton must be intact and not defaced in any way.
  • Returns that do not meet the return policy criteria will not qualify for a refund and may be returned to the customer or destroyed upon request. Refund eligibility is determined once your return is received and inspected. We reserve the right to refuse a refund on any return shipment.

Returns will be processed and approved credits issued within five business days of receipt.
