Your satisfaction is our primary goal. If for any reason you are dissatisfied
with any of the products you have purchased at SkinStore.com, you may return
the unused portion of a product for a full refund less shipping.

To qualify you must obtain an RMA# and return your item(s) within 30 days (60
days for StriVectin SD 6oz) of receipt of your order. Returns will not qualify
for credit without an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization Number.)

Returns that do not meet the above criteria will not qualify for a refund.
Please make sure that you qualify before returning your items. If you have any
questions or concerns or are unclear as to whether or not you qualify for a
refund, contact SkinStore Customer Service at 916.475.1464, Monday through
Friday, 8AM - 11PM EST, Saturday 9AM - 5PM EST. Please follow the instructions
below carefully before returning items.

SkinStore Rewards Points balance will be adjusted for all returned and refunded
merchandise.
Return Procedure

Obtain your RMA# within 30 days (60 days for StriVectin SD 6oz) of receipt of
your order via e-mail by submitting the short form or via phone by calling us
at 916.475.1464, Monday through Friday, 8AM - 11PM EST, Saturday 9AM - 5PM EST.

All parts, pieces and printed materials must be in their original packaging.

Please include a copy of your invoice and RMA# with your return.

Use a trackable and or insured shipping method as we can not be responsible for
lost return shipments.
