Out of Stock Items
For shipments within the U.S.: We'll notify you via email if an item from your order is out-of-stock. Any out-of-stock items will ship separately once they become available, typically within 10 business days. There are no additional shipping charges. If you have questions, please contact Customer Support.
For shipments outside the U.S.: We'll notify you via email if an item from your order is out-of-stock. Your complete order will ship as soon as the out-of-stock item becomes available. Out-of-stock items typically ship within 10 business days. If you prefer to cancel the out-of-stock item, please contact Customer Support.
The U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) prohibits air shipment of items that are pressurized flammable or in any other way threaten an onboard fire or other mishap.
Restricted items include:
- Aerosol-type products or medications in pressurized spray cans, such as: hairspray, shaving cream and deodorant.
- Products that contain flammable, volatile or corrosive chemicals, such as: fragrance, nail polish and nail polish remover.
We're committed to getting your order to you as quickly as possible, but we must do so in compliance with DOT regulations. This requires ground-only
delivery, at our Standard Shipping rate, for orders containing DOT-restricted products. Please allow 5-7 business days for ground transport deliveries.
SkinStore cannot ship DOT-restricted items to Alaska, Hawaii, military, international addresses, or addresses serviced exclusively by air.
Restrictions and additional information for destinations outside the U.S.

Tracking information is not available for international orders shipped via USPS.
Packing slips for orders shipped outside the U.S. show the total declared value, but do not include itemized pricing. Detailed pricing information is contained in the confirmation email you receive when you place your order. Please print or save this order confirmation receipt for your records.
Orders shipped outside the U.S. may be subject to Customs inspections and/or fees according to the regulations of the destination country. SkinStore is not responsible for these actions or any reimbursement of Customs fees or taxes.
Some countries may hold packages in Customs for a period of time. Due to USPS guidelines, we are unable to locate these packages until 30 days after the shipping date.
