Well, this is it. This new cleanser work s so well. It glides onto skin like silk and restores a healthy balance to irritated skin. It seems to nurture sensitive skin and makes it super soft. You can use it with or without water, just remove excess with cotton pad. If you or someone you know suffers with extremely sensitive and irritated skin I highly recommend this cleanser.

For Sensitive Acne-Prone Skin - 9/25/2012 8:10:05 PM If you have sensitive skin that is also acne-prone then I would highly recommend this cleanser. It really does help to clear up acne and never causes any irritation. It even removes eye make-up without any stinging or burning (it also removes light face make-up, heavy make-up would probably need something stronger). But the best part is that it helps to keep acne away while maintaining the delicate balance of sensitive skin.

My counter looks like an Avene display in the store; I consider many of the products to be my HG. This, however, was a horrible disappointment. Gentle and no greasy feeling - 9/1/2012 5:45:10 AM My skin is very very very sensitive and gets irritated easily, no fun at all. I use several Avene products since my dermatologist recommended Cicalfate; which I cant live without. First I tried avene lotion extremely gentle cleanser but it didnt work for me, i prefer rinse off products. This gentle soap is good but I just use it at night to wash off all the make up (no eyes makeup) an it leaves my skin feeling good but still little dry, so I apply avene spring water ; which it is a life saver!! Then apply avene rich compensating cream; which it is great for sensitive skin. This soap didnt breakout my skin and it is not greasy. In the morning I wash off my face with just avene spring water!!

The cleanser itself is the best that I have found so far for extremely sensitive skin. It is ultra gentle, it's actually more gentle than tap water. And you can use it without any water, which is a plus if you have extremely sensitive skin that cannot tolerate any other cleanser.

It's a bit pricey but then again..so are all the other cleansers from the top brands. At least this one does what it says. Can't beat that.
