ATOPALM Moisturizing Foot and Heel Balm

Description

Now, serious treatment for the most overworked and under-appreciated parts of the body…feet and heels. A new, unique, paraben and fragrance free balm with patented technology to help eliminate dryness and cracking on the feet and heels. This lightweight, non-greasy, yet very effective balm, with Multi Lamellar Technology, utilizes plant derived ingredients that mimic the structure of natural skin lipids. It aids in the replenishment of the loss of natural skin lipids in the stratum corneum. It also helps in the restoration of the skins' protective moisture barrier and helps prevent over evaporation of the skins' own moisture. Independent clinical studies showed the balm helped reduce dryness and cracked skin within 5 to 10 days of continuous use. The blending of technical and traditional works to leave dry, cracked feet and heels feeling silkier, softer and smoother.

This is a great foot treatment, if you can get past the initial smell. It has a smooth texture, not too thick or too thin. Easy to rub onto feet before bed, then put on a pair of cotton socks to keep your sheets clean. When I first started using it, the cream had a weird, almost ammonia like ,smell to it. The smell only lasted for a few minutes, and I don't notice it anymore. I will buy it again. It retails for $18 everywhere else, so I don't know why it is priced at $20 on skinstore.
