This is a great product and really improves skin texture and tone. What is outstanding with this company is that they fill the pipettes with product within the bottle, giving the customer more product for the money. That kind of attention to detail is impressive.

I have used Cellex-C for many years. It is the first company to come have come out with a C serum. Never had any reactions, and I do believe it has helped my skin to be younger looking. I have tried others that seem to be more popular, but they cannot compare to this. And my skin looks better then girls 20 years younger than me!

i am a 39 yo women from israel.i have semi-oily skin.i have tried all vit-c serums. i tried skinceuticals, skinmedica, obagi (also the Rx line),IS Cinical,PTR, Etc..you name it,i tried it!The Only one i miss and go back to is thIs serum by Cellex-c!i just Love It! - i try others, but then always come back to this one because of the super glowing radiant skin it gives me.listin.....dont expect "Miricales".a good vit-c serum is only ONE "superstar" ingredient in the battle against aging skin.it is only one of a few crucial "bombs" that fight against aging.but it is an important one and NOT all vit-c serum are equals (and no...percentage of L-ascorbic is NOT what makes a vit-c serum more powerfull).in order for a vit-c serum to do work its magic.....it needs to have (first and foremost) a SUPERB "delivery mechanism".that delivery system will take the l-ascorbic acid Deep into the skin....and that is exactly why i think CELLEX-C is Superior to all others.they are a Pioneer in Vit-C Skin Care and i Can definitely feel the deference!you see ,in the past, the Cellex-C formulations were concidered superior antioxidant serums compared with those of Skinceuticals (for example) because they contained more diverse antioxidant combinations, however both companys now feature "broad-spectrum" antioxidants.Skinceuticals claim their most photoprotective antioxidants are "CE Ferulic" and Phloretin CF (i tried the CE Ferulic,it was nice, but not "Great").Cellex-C claims that their superior antioxidant is this Advanced-C Serum.Further complicating matters, IS Clinical claims that their "Super Serum Advance+" is superior, and Obagi says that even one of their 10% Vitamin C serums(tried it...really nice and better then skinceuticals) readily outperforms Skinceuticals 20% vit-c serum.Cellex-C uses tyrosine, zinc and bioflavonoids in their Vitamin C Serums whereas no Skinceuticals Serums contain tyrosine and only some contain zinc.(BTW: The use of tyrosine is protected by a Cellex-C patent).Medical literature states that when tyrosine is combined with ascorbic acid (vit-c) it helps to promote regeneration of new connective tissue through the stimulation of fibroblasts enabling them to create more collagen.while a A study that was co-authored by Skinceuticals cheif medical director Dr. Sheldon Pinnell (Rest his soul in peace) holds that zinc is an important and neglected antioxidant for skin.Zinc has been shown to help support increased collagen turnover stimulated by ascorbic acid it is an essential component of collagenase, which is required to dismantle old, defective and stiffened collagen in order for new collagen to be constructed.so If more types of antioxidants are better than less, it could be that Cellex-C Advanced C Serum is the most optimal antioxidant (because it contains five diverse antioxidants (l-ascorbic acid, zinc, resveratrol, pycnogenol and L-ergothioneine) and also contains tyrosine, as opposed to Skinceuticals "CE Ferulic" which contains three antioxidants (ascorbic acid, ferulic acid and Vitamin E) without tyrosine or zinc.however Skinceuticals "CE Ferulic" has been shown to provide a remarkable 8x endogenous photoprotection (no studies into the photoprotection offered by Cellex-C Vitamin C Serums have been published). There are many grounds on which to consider whos "the best" and I do not believe you will ever find a brand which is "best" on all fields.just do your own comparative study by using Cellex-C Advanced-C Serum for at least 4 months and then switching to Skinceuticals CE Ferulic for another 4 months.from My personal impression?the "CE Ferulic" was a whole lot less firming and powerfull compared to the Cellex-C "Advanced-C Serum".i truly believe that as a vit-c serum....the cellex-c is Far Superior to all others (i have tried).but like i said....its Only One superstar of a few that combat aging and wrinkiled skin.remember to use it in conjunction with a few other superpowers:1- Retinoids! (Rx Tretinoin or over the counter retinol based creams).2- L-ascorbic acid serum (vit-c serums of your choice).3- Glycolic acid products (Chemical Exfoliating products from the AHA groups).4- and try to use one Top notch ultra advanced New-Age product which contains lots of peptides and grouth factors.5- **Sunscreen** (most important **Prevention** step).use all five crucial superstars and you are fighting aging (topically) in the best way you can (in this current day and age).i did them ALL...i did the Whooole trip from high-end ultra "lux" brands (such as La-prairie,La-mer,Natura Bisse,Revive, cle de peau) and all the way "down" to the "Physician Strength" brands (Skinmedica,Skinceuticals,Obagi-Nu Derm program,IS Clinical,MD Forte,Vivite...Gosh im sure i forgot some! lol).today.....i stay away from "lux" brands (except for makeup and stuff).my regimenMorning.......cleanse with Obagi "gentle cleanser" and wipe face dry.PTR "un-wrinkle peel pads" (wipe on dry face, leave on 2-3 min, rinse with water).La prairie facial mineral exfoliator (on damp skin right after washing of the PTR).Tone with Obagi tonerthen i use in this order (but wait 2-3 min after each product to let sink in).Cellex-c advance C serum (4-5 drops).Skinmedica TNS Essential Serum (A-M-A-Z-I-N-G).Md Forte Eye cream (sometimes i layer the skinceuticals "eye balm" on top if i feel dry).Obagi Exfoderm forteZo skin oclipse sunscreen (the Best and most AMAZING sunscreen in the world).Evning:cleanse with Obagi "gentle cleanser".Tone with obagiSkinmedica TNS Essential Serum (also under eyes)Tretinoin cream 0.5Skinceuticals "eye balm"and if you want some moisturizer ( i dont) then i suggest you use skinmedica "replenish hydrating cream" or their "dermal repair" or even a good basic moisturizng cream like the Cerave "pm moisturizer".*i also Love the Dermalogica "multivitam power recovery masque" for twice a week "pampering" treatment.im not into facial "masks" normally (i find them kindda useless) but i love this mask and i use at as a "pick me up" mask on long night or when i fly and my skin dosent look its best.its a beauty mask for me and its the ONLY one i ever will use and repurchase.Good luck!Sarai from israel :-)

I've been a faitful user of Cellex-C for almost 10 years now. I am a huge fan of this product and use it almost daily. The only problem I have found is that the top of the bottle can stick if the serum gets under the dropper top.

I use this serum with Cellex-C Hydra B serum every morning. I have a lot of sun damage, and while this serum didn't get rid of my persistent melasma, it certainly improved my overall skin tone. My skin has never looked better... it's brighter and has a healthy glow! I also love the simple yet potent ingredient list in this natural, paraben-free product. This advanced formula doesn't irritate or dry out my super dry skin. There's nothing to dislike really other than the price tag... however I think this serum is worth every penny!

I haven't used a lot of vitamin C products but after using this one, why should I look for others? This product has brighten my complexion and diminished fine lines. Awesome serum!

After trying skinceuticals, Obagi and Citrix and only so so results I switched to Cellex-C because this one has the most clinical studies to back it up. Only Cellex-C utilizes the original vitamin c patent--bioderm. the tyrosine helps deliver it deep in the skin where collagen in formed. My skin is firm, plump and vibrant--people have begged me to tell them what I have been doing.

I use this and the cream of the same name, depending on the time of year. Does everything it claims and more. Skin is tight, smooth, unlined, glowing and firm. Unbelievably potent. Been using for years with no intention of ever being without. Helps skin of all ages, types and colors, but the sooner you start, the better.

I've used this serum for several months and it never disappoints me. Whenever I have some breakouts, it always gets rid of them while I'm sleeping. It's quite expensive but it's really worth for your skin. I've tried lots of brands but the products from Cellex-C made me satisfied.

I am using this product several years and I think that my skin texture improve gradually along the time. I like the light texture and that is not greasy. You be careful with the sun and if you have sensitive skin.

Vitamin C Formula from the good companies like Cellex C, Jan Marini, and Obagi without going into these $500 preparations I see in the catalogs with "nano this" and "peptide that" is your best bet for nice skin for years to come. I don't bother with the "etc" that Cellex says you need. Just use the serum twice a day, a few drops goes a long way, let it dry, and that's it. During the day, wear a moisturizer with a sunscreen and at night a moisturizer over it. Use a gentle face cleanser. In this case I would use the Cellex C Sunblock, Betaplex milk cleanser and an eye cream/moisturizer but I'd use that anyway, nothing more. None of this "layering on". But Vitamin C, at the level and quality Cellex C makes it, is very good for your skin. If it's not working, you might be using something that doesn't agree with you, such as their B5 moisture gel. Everyone's skin is different. I think the salesperson went to town with the "working Josephine" and wasn't listening to her regular skincare routine, what exactly she wanted to correct and what was most economical. The fact that she spent so much and got no results - she should get her money back if nothing else. I still say the advanced serum is a very good buy. Lasts forever and gives me a healthy, rosy glow.

Always Here For Advice
I am a 37year old pharmacist with fair freckly skin and have used cellex-c since I was 25. I started using it when my mom's plastic surgeon recommended it to her to improve scars left from skin cancer. At a recent Dr. appt, my new physician looked at my med record and couldn't believe that I wasn't in my late 20s. I feel confident about the way my skin is aging--only negative-- sometimes the 17% solution irritates my skin, but then I give it a short holiday and use kinerase peptide and then to back to the cellex c. It is expensive, but less than surgery and the results are real.

My skin was quiet sensitive to this product in the beginning, but after a week it was getting better. I have some spots on my face and I was looking forward that this product can at least fade it, but nothing happens after 2 months. It really doesn't worth the money. I am very disappointed.

After reading all the glowing reviews on this stuff, comparing the reviews to that of other products, and then thinking it over for a few days - I ordered Cellex. In fact, I ordered a whole host of other products in this line that is "recommended" for use with in conjunction. Welp, it's now been just over 6 months, and according to the "before" picture I took, there has not been any change whatsoever in my face. Nada. Zip. Nil. Will I keep using it? NO WAY. It's far and away too expensive for a regular working Josephine; makes me sick when I think of the money I literally threw away on this. If you start using Cellex when you're about 20 and continue for the rest of your life, you may have a lot better results. But in all honesty; 45 is not the time to begin using this stuff, and expect any difference at all. I look younger than my age, but do have fine lines and enlarging pores that I wanted to deal with before they get worse. I'll just keep my fine lines and pores on my face, and leave my money in my bank account.

I'm in my late 30's and have olive skin (normal/oily). Before using the Advanced c- serum (3 mos ago) I had regularly experienced hormonal-related acne/whiteheads and large pores. I also had some previous dark scaring from acne blemishes. The only wrinkle preventative products I could use on my face that would not exacerbate my acne was a few of Dr. Perricone's products. I also used Proactive products for my acne which also helped. I switched to Cellex C products and love them. They are simple to use, very powerful without irritating/clogging my skin and I have fewer breakouts that heal faster. So far after 3 months of use, I've noticed that the wrinkles around my eyes are starting to flatten out, pores less clogged and smaller, and my skin is smooth, bright and radiant. I use the Advance C serum with the Hydra5B complex. In addition I use the Advanced C Skin toning mask on a weekly basis (remarkable products that are worth the cost).

After having a baby, my tummy has been left with stretch marks and wrinkled skin. I was told by a dermatologist that the only solution is a tummy tuck and no creams would ever help. He was wrong. I have been using this advanced-c serum for 3 months and my stretch marks have faded away to pale white lines. The wrinkles on my tummy have firmed up about 50% and I'm hoping it will keep improving with continuous use. I use this product in the morning and glycolic acid at night so it may be a combination of the 2 products. This serum has saved me from surgery! I do not know how it is for facial use as I only use it on my tummy. Highly recommended!
