  • Warm into the palms and then massage over the face, neck and décolleté with light circular massage movements. Moisten fingertips and continue to massage.

    Remove with a warm, damp cotton cleansing cloth. For an intensely nourishing treatment, you can also use this product as a facial mask.

    Apply a teaspoon size amount to the face, neck and décolleté massaging gently with fingertips. Relax for 10 minutes, then hold a warm, damp cleansing cloth over the skin, practice abdominal breathing and inhale the sensorial aroma.

Favorite Cleansing Balm

This is the only cleansing balm that doesn't irritate my skin. I was concerned that it might because of the scent, but I've had no issues. I've tried SO many cleansing balms of different price points, and this one is the best. My skin feels so clean after, and the little washcloth it comes with lightly exfoliates your face as you wipe the balm/makeup away. Also, some balms irritate my eyes (even fragrance-free ones), but this doesn't leave that film oily residue that sometimes seeps onto your eyes after cleansing. 10/10 will repurchase.

Effective luxury!

I got the smaller jar of this in the 2021 Holiday Edit and I didn't want to love it because I don't need another expensive habit, but it's fantastic. It smells amazing, and turns cleansing into a luxury experience. It is so emollient and gentle on the skin, melts eye makeup like magic, and rinses easily leaving skin clean and bright. This is a gorgeous product.

Skin so soft!

I’m loving my Elemis Cleansing Balm! I’m not a huge makeup wearer but when I do it takes it off easily without loads of scrubbing. Just gently. I use it every evening before my skin care routine. It just takes off the grime of the day and my sunblock so nicely. And it leaves my sling feeling so soft as opposed to dry or tight! Very happy with this product. It lasts for ages. I highly recommend it

Love the skin you’re in. Makeup on...Makeup off. The emollient consistency cleans so well, even the toughest mascara, is no match. Elemis Cleansing balm is truly da bomb. Expensive—but worth it.

Simply amazing!!

The Elemis cleansing balm is sooooo good at literally melting makeup away and making your face feel SO soft yet squeaky clean. It does not dry your face at all!! I highly recommend this product if you’re looking for an oil cleanser, it’s so worth it!!!
