Oil-free EltaMD UV Clear helps calm and protect sensitive skin types prone to discoloration and breakouts associated to acne and rosacea. It contains niacinamide (vitamin B3), hyaluronic acid and lactic acid, ingredients that promote the appearance of healthy-looking skin. Very lightweight and silky, it may be worn with makeup or alone.

EltaMD UV Clear Broad-Spectrum SPF 46 helps prevent sunburn and, if used as directed with other sun protection measures (see Directions), decreases the risk of skin cancer and early skin aging caused by the sun.
Directions
- Apply liberally to face and neck 15 minutes before sun exposure
- Use a water-resistant sunscreen if swimming or sweating
- Reapply at least every 2 hours
- Sun Protection Measures. Spending time in the sun increases your risk of skin cancer and early skin aging. To decrease this risk, regularly use a sunscreen with a broad-spectrum SPF of 15 or higher and other sun protection measures including:
- Limit time in the sun, especially from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m.
- Wear long-sleeve shirts, pants, hats, and sunglasses
- Before use on children under 6 months: Ask a physician
How to activate pump:
- With the cap cover in place over the pump, invert the container upside down and tap firmly 4‐5 times. (This will force the liquid up into the actuator and create a vacuum).
- Return the container to its upright position.
- Remove the cap, and with the nozzle away from your face, press the pump to dispense the product into your hand. It may take several pumps to completely prime the pump to allow the actuator to deliver product.
- If pump continues to fail, try steps again

weak sunscreen
I bought this sunscreen b/c it was recommended by my dermatologist, because it contains niacinamide. However, as a sunscreen, I find that it is inadequate. I live in Colorado, and when I ski, I need to apply another sunscreen on top to avoid burning. I use this in combination with retinol, so even slight burns lead to considerable peeling. If you'll be outside a lot, use a cheaper, over the counter sunscreen on top.

Wast of money
This pills up under makeup and even without use of any other products I had throw it out. Both the tinted and this one were useless. I threw it out since it just balled up with makeup and even when work along.

Best sunscreen I've ever used
This is the best sunscreen I've ever used. It absorbs quickly, is non greasy, and doesn't burn your eyes when sweating. Always highly recommended by many dermatologists. I hope they never 'improve' this product as so many brands do and wind up ruining it - this is perfect as it is.

Worth every Penny!!!
As a redhead with rosacea and issues with hyperpigmentation, this sunscreen is my go to sunscreen. It is smooth and creamy and moisturizing. I have no sense that I have “sunscreen” on my face. I love, love, love it. I have found no better sunscreen at any price point. It doesn’t get in my eyes and, as long as I pre-apply my moisturizer and let it set, there is no pilling or any problem with it coming off and having that sunscreen luck! Amazing product.

Great product
Great sunscreen. Leaves a little glow to skin but it’s not too much. Non stinging around the eyes. I wear this sunscreen when at home and don’t need a tinted version. Using Retin A so wearing sunscreen every day indoors and out.

Amazing protection for combo acne prone skin
I love this sunscreen from Eltamd!! It doesn’t leave a white cast and is very light weight! It moisturizes, but is not greasy whatsoever. It drys down to an almost matte finish so you don’t have to worry about it budging throughout the day! Highly recommend for those with problematic skin that need a reliable sunscreen that protects your skin & makes it feel soft/smooth! So glad I grabbed this set because it was such a great price!
