FABulous!
I received a sample of these gummies and loved the yummy strawberry flavor (& the texture - not too chewy), so I thought I would give them a try. After 2 months of daily use, I can already tell a difference in both my hair and nails. My hair is growing faster and is starting to feel thicker, and my nails are definitely more durable (which is good given all of the Covid household projects I've been doing!). I love that these come in individual packets so they don't all get stuck together. And I have the cute dispenser box sitting on my bathroom counter so that I don't miss a day. All around, this is a great find and I am hooked!
