LOVE this cleansing balm....
This is my second tube of the Lumene Pure Glow Cleansing Balm. It's wonderful and leaves your face feeling so soft and amazing. This balm does work better if applied to damp skin. Will purchase again and again....
DO NOT BUY
The worst cleansing balm I’ve ever used. I’ve only started using this consistently and didn’t realize until now that it doesn’t remove my EltaMD UV Physical Broad Spectrum SPF 41 at all. I can literally scrape off the sunscreen with my fingernails after rinsing off the cleansing balm. I was already extremely disappointed when I found out it can’t remove waterproof mascara. It is misleading to label it a cleaning balm when it doesn’t remove anything. I’ve tried cleaning balms from Farmacy, Banila, Ponds, Clinique, and Elemis and they perform much better and do everything they claim.
Amazing Product & Amazing Value
I have tried many a cleansing balm and oil, and while many do the same thing, this one is pretty amazing, especially for the price. It is as good, if not better, than any of the much more expensive luxury brands I have used. The citrus smell is very pleasant and satisfying as it melts away make-up (& stubborn SPF) powerfully without being harsh. I have very sensitive skin, and have even used this around my eyes to help take off mascara with absolutely no issues. I do follow with a foaming cleaner, but that is of personal preference rather than necessity. If you're on the fence, try it...you won't be disappointed!
Best Cleansing Balm
I've used cleansing oils, balms, and makup removers and this is by far the least messy. It smells fresh like fruit and is so enjoyable to use. It removes all my make-up and SPF. I'm such a fan of this product!!
