I love this lip balm! I keep one in my car and keep one in my hiking backpack. I live in Southern California and although it gets hot, the one I keep in my car hasn't melted. I purchased the Ruby red color and it's perfect for a tint of red without looking like I put on makeup. As the other reviewer mentioned, the texture is between a lipstick and lip balm and I think it's great! I usually keep Aquaphor ointment everywhere but I'm using this more during the day due to the SPF. I'm thinking about buying another one to keep around.
Pigmented
Surprisingly pigmented (the ruby one), which is rare for tinted spfs. Somewhere between a lipstick and a proper lipbalm in texture, so not entirely hydrating but not drying either. I would definitely recommend it for people like me who are looking to exchange more traditional makeup products for the equivalent with spf.
