You need Herculean strength to unplug
The plug is ridiculously tight. I have bought many diffusers from other brands before and none of them was this hard to open. I removed the plastic wrap covering the plug, 20 mins later I still couldn't pull out the plug. I ended up sliding in an army knife in the gap between the plug and the bottle and kept wiggling the knife until the gap widened. NEST needs to address this design issue.
LOVE THIS FRAGRANCE
What a wonderful surprise when I ordered this. I normally only order the GRAPEFRUIT, which is so refreshing and bright, but decided to try this one as well. Add another favorite to my list! This actually smells NATURAL, with no chemical scent like so many diffusers. I use in a smaller room and it's perfect and long lasting (as long as you remember to turn the reeds every so often). HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
