I think this product and very positive reviews just goes to show that everyone's skin is different. I am glad I gave this one a try, but it did not work miracles for me. My cystic acne is still quite bad and there has been no change in redness after a month of using. Also, after using as my AM and PM cleanser, it did not last very long. I won't be purchasing again once I run out.

I have been using this cleanser for almost a year now and I absolutely love it. My esthetician recommended this product and several others from PCA and I have never been disappointed. I have had hormonal acne for years and this combined with the acne gel and rebalance has been my holy grail routine. This is not overly drying or stripping as other face washes for acne has been for me and the bar lasts me about 4 months using it in the AM and PM. If you are on the fence, I say just try it and trust me, you will notice a difference!

I have been using this for about 3 weeks and it truly will reverse a break out instantly. It has not done anything to lighten my blemishes though- fingers crossed!!

I recently discovered PCA products and I have seen a dramatic difference in my skin since using them. The blemish bar has been an amazing addition to my growing PCA collection. My skin has improved so much since using it. I would definitely recommend this to anyone with acne prone skin.

I use this product to cleanse my skin in the evenings. If I wear makeup I use it after I use my makeup remover as I do double cleansing. This is my second purchase of the product as I did not want to run out. I started using it daily in September. The change in my skin has been mind-blowing. If I was not experiencing it, I would not believe it. To get the results I just followed the directions. My skin has improved so much that I do not have to wear foundation as much. I can get away with powder, a little under eye concealer and blush. I have had several people compliment me on how good my skin looks. I use PCA pigment bar each morning. The combination of these two has been nothing but wonderful.

My daughter had cystic and regular acne on her face. We tried everything. Pro-Active (which worked for a little while) and every brand known to man. Nothing responded. I had read raving reviews about PCA and this product. In approximately one week she was acne free. I am not kidding you. She then ran out of this product and acne returned. The Blemish Bar comes with pads that inflate when you wet them and are re-usable. The pads last forever. She changes just for sanitary reasons. The key is to get a good lather and leave on like directions indicate for 2 minutes and then rinse.

I love this product. I am 37 and have had acne breakouts on my face, chest and back since I was 11. I've been to the best doctors in NY and I have to say this is the best product I have ever tried.
