I love Perricone's regimen. Following his book and not wanting to buy the expensive supplement. I bought each pill separately which in the end cost me more than the supplement above. Imagine 30 pills 3 times a day. BUT when only taking the supplements listed in his book and NOT altering my diet in any way. I lost 11 lbs in two weeks. My skin was amazing. There are a few key ingredients missing in this supplement package but if you get them all the weight will drop off, your skin will look amazing, and you will have energy like never before.

absolutely one of the best put together body and health management supplement systems. one of the tools which helped me lose 35 lbs and keeping it off three years later. i would never be without my supplements. also lowered my cholesterol 60 points. my docter could not believe the difference in my levels after only 6 weeks.
I didn't get these to necessarily lose weight (though I wouldn't mind losing a couple pounds) but because I've heard that they are great for appetite control, and I have a raving sweet tooth and was basically looking for something to help me keep that under control and not gain weight. I absolutely love them, and even though they are really pricey, I refuse to go without them. I don't always take them three times a day, so that makes them last a little longer, but always before breakfast and usually before dinner, and I've noticed a huge change in my appetite--much less ravenous and more easily satisfied without over indulging. I sometimes take them in the afternoon when I start to get hungry and my energy starts to drag, and it really helps me from binging on cookies and candy. Really love this!
I took only 1 package a day not 3 as it recommended. I wasn't going to swallow 24 pills a day. I have notice after a month and a half my skin does look better. It is convenient to have it all package in one. I just don't agree with the "healthy weight loss but I guess if a person took all the 24 pills a day it would fill them up where they wouldn't want to eat.
I bought the weight management supplements with the full intention of following the healthy diet included, and although I stuck to it strictly and took the 3 packets of vitamins a day (a very tiresome chore, swallowing all those pills and remembering to do it before each 3 meals) I didn't lose an ounce of weight. I did, however, after the full course, improve the texture of my skin (I'm 43 with very few lines) and put myself on the right road to healthy eating. This could of happened without spending $195, just by taking the skin supplements which I have also tried.
