Micellar Water: No-Water-Necessary Cleansing
Mineral water infused with tiny oil molecules ("micelles") that draw out impurities while softening and conditioning skin. Micelles naturally attract dirt and oil, cleansing without over-drying, making them ideal for dry or sensitive skin.

a great formula
I use chemical exfoliants on a regular basis and this doesn't sting. I use this in the evenings a few times a week and I noticed that the morning after I use it, my skin just looks plumper and brighter. I'm in my mid 30s, and don't have much in the way of wrinkles, but this does make my skin more radiant looking. I don't use this to remove makeup, instead after washing my face, I use this as a toner. It leaves a slight residue (at first I was tempted to rinse it), so I would not use this in the morning because I have oily skin.
