Delivering a highly pigmented, intense black finish, the long-wearing liner glides smoothly across lids without skipping, allowing you to create thick to thin lines and winged effects with ease. Quick-drying and water-resistant, the black liner has a felt tip pen-style applicator and a flawless silky finish.
Step 1: Starting from the inner corner of the eye, draw a very fine line as close as possible to the lash line. Always look straight into the mirror when applying. Keep drawing a thin line until two thirds of the way across. From this point start to thicken the line, sweeping the pen slightly up and out.
Step 2: Draw a dot where you want the flick to end. This should be 2mm up and out from the outer corner of your eye as a guideline for where your flick should end and then join it up with the rest of the line.
