Sometimes it worked
I was excited to try this product because of the sample I received and how it helped me. Well, at least I thought it did. I tried to keep this product only on the breakouts, as in the instructions said. However, as someone with sensitive, oily skin, I am affected by the alcohol listed as an ingredient. I noticed that I got a lot more blackheads and whiteheads than usual. After some research, I saw that alcohol-based products can actually disrupt and clog pores of those with skin sensitive to it. Just a word of caution to the folks who have sensitivity to alcohol in their skin care.
seems great so far
46yrs old with somewhat oily skin and areas where acne just shows up (despite having none as a teenager). This serum truly does seem to work. Hard to say if i LOVE it, just cause I’ve only been using it at night for about 3 weeks now. But definitely encouraged by it and it does seem to show some improvement in the acne prone areas … skin looks great in the morning… not at all tired or pimply. Would recommend giving it a go.
This stuff works!
I’m really please with the results I’m receiving from Silymarin. It works with my very oily acne prone skin. It’s balances the oil without drying and has greatly improved the texture and tone of my skin. It’s worth the money in my opinion.
Totally worth it
I was contemplating buying it as I am still a student and this seemed a bit heavy on my pocket. But let me tell you that it is totally worth it. I had severe case of hormonal acne which wouldn't go away despite using BHA exfoliant as well. This product have worked in just a week, stopping the reoccurrence of any new acne and also reducing the redness and dark spots from the previous. My face isn't all clear even now, but its hardly been two weeks or so. I am sure it will work its magic as time goes by.

Omg. I got this as a sample with my most recent purchase and no joke, this product has eradicated my acne within 4 days of use. I am blown away. So blown away I returned almost everything from my recent purchase because clearly all I need it this gem. I used this in place of my iS Clinical Vitamin C serum and it is a night and day difference. It does go on tacky and there is minor sticky residue until it absorbs but it’s tolerable. There is a weird-ish smell but it’s mild and it goes away quickly. I am SO excited to get my full bottle. For reference, I have sensitive, oily, acne prone skin.
Somewhat works
Since I do hardcore acid and retinol day and night vitamin c doesn’t really add any visible benefit. (If I don’t use acid and retinol I can see a superficially brightening from using vitamin c) But I kind of hoped the silymarin would do something like reducing redness but I honestly don’t see any additional benefit from adding this products to my routine. And the texture, although definitely light in the dropper vitamin c catagory, still feels a little bit oily and makes my routine less enjoyable.
