- Dry the teeth.
- Place the whitening strip on the lower teeth rest and then onto the top teeth.
- Leave the strips in place for 1 hour.
- Afterwards, remove the strips and brush away any residual gel with your wet toothbrush (no toothpaste needed).
- Apply the gum comforting oil to your gums and teeth leave in place for 5 minutes before rinsing with water.

So effective!
I decided to try this whitening treatment because the ones I've used in the past haven't really worked. This one is really effective and the gum oil is a great bonus. The price is amazing for what you get, I definitely recommend!
