- Apply a thick layer to clean damp skin, all over face avoiding the eye area. Leave on skin for up to 5 minutes. Using gentle, circular motions, massage the whole face for 30 seconds. Rinse thoroughly and gently pat face dry.
- For deeper exfoliation, leave on skin up to 15 minutes as a mask, then apply water and massage the whole face for 30 seconds. Rinse thoroughly and gently pat face dry.
- A pink flush to the skin is normal immediately following use. Use twice a week at night, after cleansing.
