Apply and gently massage a pea-sized amount onto clean face and neck at night. Use SPF protection during the day.
If you have never used skincare that contains retinoid, slowly integrate it into your skincare routine. Start using Do Not Disturb two times a week and slowly build your way up to daily use.
When you first introduce retinoid to your routine, you may notice dryness, scaling, and redness. This is completely normal and will subside within a couple of weeks of use.
