What is your skin like? My skin is normal to dry, and sensitive. I need to be very careful when trying out anything on my face, it is very challenging sometimes.  What is your main concern? Adding hydration and maintaining moisture. Skin sensitivity: It is a perfect balance of giving your skin what it needs but not overdoing it. Preventing sun damage, the sun is the main cause for free radical damage so it’s important to prevent and protect!  What does your skincare regimen consist of? See below.  Morning  Cleanse/Tone: If I use a cleanser in the morning I will strip the natural oils in my skin so I skip the cleanser and go right to the Evian Mineral Spray. It conditions and soothes my dry sensitive skin.  This is also a great mid day skin spritzer!  Prevent: Topix Replenix Serum CF. This is such a light product, it instantly soaks in ready to do its job by fighting free radicals and improving the look of my skin tone.  Hydrate: Treatments are very important to the restoration and general health of your skin. The SkinCeuticals Hydrating B5 Gel is a great hydration tactic for me. I also like to add a few drops to my weekly mask treatment for added benefits of moisture retention.  Day Cream: Avene Rich Compensating Cream. I was afraid at first to use such a thick cream because I thought it would irritate my skin. Boy was I wrong; it provides me with lasting hydration throughout the day and is a great base to wear under my makeup. I also layer this with at least an SPF of 15 sunscreen before I start my day.  Eye Treatment: Caudalie Anti-Aging Serum Eyes and Lips. This is a light luxurious eye treatment I can use right underneath my eye makeup and it does not irritate, just lightly hydrates.  Evening  Cleanse: A very gentle non foaming cleanser works best for my dry skin. I like the Billy Jealousy White Knight Gentle Daily Facial Cleanser. I also like to use the M2 Skin Technologies Exfoliating Cleanser a few times per week for a light exfoliation.  Tone: The SkinCeuticals Revitalizing Toner. This is just the right level of exfoliation my skin needs with the AHA’s, without over drying.  Hydrate: SkinCeuticals Renew Overnight Normal to Dry Skin.  The name says it all. The next day my skin is smooth and renewed.  Eye Cream: Osmotics Blue Copper 5 Firming Eye Repair. I love this eye cream; I won’t go to bed without putting it on first. It’s so silky smooth and healing.   Coming tomorrow: Violet’s regimen
