BEAUTY BEGINS FROM WITHIN
Starting your day with a genuinely positive mindset will help you radiate fresh-faced optimism. A couple of ways to get you into a healthy head space: set a positive intention for the day by repeating a mantra or affirmations that resonate, practice some yoga poses, or meditate. As British author Roald Dahl said: “If you have good thoughts it will shine out of your face like sunbeams and you will always look lovely.”
