Both of them facilitate the replenishing effect of the skin in combination with Hyaluronic Acid molecules. They assist the replenishing and plumping action of hyaluronic acids, acting more gradually and supporting their biological function at skin level: Palmitoyl Tripeptide38 (Matrifull) and Acetyl Hexapeptide37. Finally, Chondroitin Sulfate helps create a 3D scaffold with Hyaluronic Acid molecules. The Night Cream also contains SWEET ALMOND OIL for emollient, moisturizing and soothing effects.
