I purchased this for a friend who has terrible scars and ridging from a very intense car fire. There were areas that plastic had to be removed from her burns, and those areas (as well as some of the skin graft edges) had become hard, raised ridges. The fire was over 32 years ago. She began using this 7 months ago. The ridges have greatly softened, and are almost flat. She just told me that the areas on her hand ache less, because the skin is so much softer. Since I told her how affordable the product is, she is now going to try it on her C-section scars and other, larger areas of burn damage. I'm so happy I could cry.
