Sleep Well
This is a no-brainer, but sleep is super important. Although most adults should get on average 7-8 hours of sleep, statistics show most adults only get 6 hours of Zzzs or less.
Small sleep prep steps like resting your eyes from blue light emitting devices (cell phone and television), spritzing some lavender scents on your pillows, and having that pillow (or eye mask!) be made from silk can go a long way! Even a lovely bath before bed can lull you closer to dreamland.
Hydration
It’s not just how much water you drink: regularly hydrating your skin with a spray or mist is a great way to avoid indoor or outdoor drying factors while maintaining a radiant glow.
