- Q With the exception of the hand and nail cream, is there an indication of what order to use these products during the day and/or night? I really want to create a regular schedule for my skin care methods so I get into the habit of using them not only as needed but as a daily maintenance.
- A Great question. You want to start with the Micellar Cleansing Water, followed by the serum, moisturizer and then the eye lifting balm with clean hands. You can apply the mask once or twice a week as an in-home spa treatment. Use the hand and nail cream as needed. We love using it at night so that the skin soaks in all of its benefits overnight! - Q I love this brand! How did you decide which products to include? Is there a particular demographic this collection of products would most benefit?
- A Thanks for the great feedback! We chose fan-favorite items. This box is made for all age ranges and skin types.
- Q Are the products good for aging skin?

- Q What are the benefits of a serum compared to a moisturizer?
- A Serums will be more concentrated with Caudalie's patented formulas. Also, when placing a serum on before a moisturizer, it will help the skin to fully absorb the moisturizer.
- Q Are all these safe for all skin types? How fast are results? What does serum actually do?
- A Results take 2-3 months! They take time but once you start seeing them you will be in LOVE.
- Q I'm a Caudalie fan! I've been to your Venice and NYC spas. Do you have products that are OK to exfoliate for sensitive skin?

- Q Do you have anything for fast breakouts? I find my skin is super oily and I only get a few spots here and there. I feel like this box could really cleanse my skin well!
