Many of us fail to moisturize regularly. Even if you have oily skin, applying a moisturizer is essential for a flawless complexion.

7. Eat your Water

Help your skin cells by eating hydrating fruits and vegetables! Grapefruit, watermelon, and cucumber are great choices! Skin cells absorb more water through water-rich foods compared to drinking water.

8. Alternate Between Warm and Cold Facial Packs

10. Change Your Products

Your skin changes with the seasons, so why wouldn’t you change your skincare products too? Our skin is a living organ and can change year-round. So make sure to have a variety of products that compliment your skin 365 days a year.

11. No Smoking

Smoking is not only bad for our lungs, it is also incredibly damaging to our skin. Smoking deprives the skin of oxygen as the capillaries below the skin are constricted. So do your skin a favor and avoid smokey situations!

12. Don’t Forget Your Eyes

Your eyelids and the skin surrounding your eyes are the thinnest and most delicate, which is why signs of aging often appear here first! The best eye creams contain peptides and antioxidants, so take some time and find an eye cream that fits your skin type and personal skincare needs.

13. Silky Soft!

You had a great night's sleep but now your skin is dented with sleep lines! But where did those lines come from? You can blame your cotton pillowcase for that! The friction from cotton can also create inflammation, making conditions like acne worse. Try switching to a silk pillowcase - your skin will thank you for it!

14. Keep Your Phone Clean

Did you know your mobile phone can carry at least 7,000 DIFFERENT kinds of bacteria? That is more than a toilet seat! Yikes! So wipe down your phone regularly and switch to a hands-free method of talking!

15. Tone, Tone, Tone

Let's face it, most of us skip using a toner, but why? Could it be that we aren't sure exactly what it is they do? Toners help to restore our skin's natural pH balance as well as remove any of the impurities that our facial cleanser may have left on the skin. So we really should be using a toner as part of our skincare regimens.

16. Beauty Sleep

Dark circles, aka "raccoon eyes", is the hyperpigmentation of the delicate skin surrounding the eye. This is directly related to not getting all of your beauty sleep. During sleep, our bodies work hard to restore our skin's natural beauty. So be kind and get at least 7 hours of sleep a night.

17. Second Round Coffee Grounds

Save your coffee grounds and put them to work! After brewing, take your used coffee grounds and mix them with your favorite body wash or with hot water and use them as an exfoliant. Coffee grounds increase circulation and blood flow while helping stop the development of cellulite and smooth the skin.

18. Flawless Arms and Legs

Try this beauty tip if you need to show some skin! Take some moisturizer and mix it in with your foundation. Finish it off with a setting spray so the color doesn't rub off on your clothes.

19. The Perfect Glow!

Use lip stain for perfect blushed cheeks. The trick is to apply lip stain to the cheeks before applying your foundation. Yes, stain under your foundation! The foundation softens the stain, making sure it is not too intense, leaving you with the perfect glow.

22. Steep Green Tea and Make it Into Ice Cubes

Green tea can also prevent and treat acne, among other skin disorders. Steep some green tea, pour it into ice trays and freeze. Once a day, take one of the tea cubes, run it over your face and let it air dry. Then, rinse with plain water and pat dry with a soft towel.
