What You Need: Nightlife Eye Shadow Palette, The Perfect Blend Kit, Gilded Loose Shimmer.
How To: Use your E32 Exact Blend™ brush to pack on Topaz eye shadow all over the lid, blend the edges with the E38 Diffused Crease™ brush buffing the color upwards toward the crease.
Use a damp E32 Exact Blend™ brush to lightly press Gilded Loose shimmer into the center of your eyelid. Gently buff out the edges of your shimmer.
