Dehydration is a condition that can affect all skin types. There are both external and internal factors that can lead to dehydration. Common causes are change in climate, pollution, hormonal changes, being on a first name basis with your local baristas…just to name a few. If you are battling with dehydration, one factor to consider is your current skin care regimen. Are you using the right products for your skin? For example, if you only experience the occasional breakout here and there but you are using an acne cleanser, it may be too aggressive for you and could be stripping too much of your skin’s natural oils. Try switching to a mild cleanser and using a spot treatment instead. One way to add additional moisture back into your skin is to incorporate a hydrating serum into your current routine. My personal favorite is the H2O Plus Oasis 24 Hydrating Booster. This oil-free formula absorbs easily into your skin without leaving a heavy or greasy feeling. The Hydrating Booster has time-released moisture to help maintain hydration throughout the day. One quick tip; the product does need to be shaken prior to each use. Also, since I started using the Hydrating Booster I have found that I am using less of my moisturizer each day so I’m saving money! LAST DAY TO ENTER OUR SUNDARI GIVEAWAY!!  Enter here. Event ends 4/25/11.
