Did you know that aircraft cabin humidity levels are unnaturally low, at around 5 – 10%? That’s lower than the Sahara Desert. On long-distance, high-altitude flights the humidity declines even more and frequently approaches around 1%! This is bad news for your hair and skin, which can be left feeling parched.

Ideally, you would wear no make-up and take freshly cleansed skin on the plane - just apply a rich cream or mask after boarding. But I hear Jake Gylenhall rides the subway sometimes so who knows who you might bump into on Delta Airlines?
