Recently, we ran a survey which uncovered a number of beauty truths from American women. We know better than most just how much US women like to look after their skin and appearance, so we wanted to dig deeper and reveal how much the average woman's face costs - per day.
Maybe you have already seen the results? Some pretty huge news sites like Buzzfeed, Huffington Post, Allure and The Zoe Report covered our news, all in shock about the findings. As the countries number 1 destination for premium beauty, we wanted to find out one thing in particular: which state has the most expensive faces?
As we revealed the average woman's face costs $8 a day, using a minimum of 16 products each morning from face wash and eye cream, to foundation and mascara, we discovered another truth. East Coast women have more expensive faces than those residing at the West Coast, with some of the most expensive faced states having a daily 'face worth' of $11.

- Women in New York spend an average of 21 minutes each morning applying their 'face'
- They use an average of 18 products a day, whereas 16 is the US average
- Along with the usual facial cleanser, moisturizer and eye cream, over 80% of New Yorkers tend to add in toners, primers, highlighters and eyebrow products to their daily faces, upping the cost.
