Ever wanted to get that effortless, natural glowing makeup look? With Kevyn Aucoin's makeup essentials you can! Here is how to obtain that natural finished look with our favorite makeup essentials from the iconic beauty line.

Prep the Skin

The key to a flawless makeup finish is the proper preparation! Starting with Kevyn Aucoin's Sensual Skin Primer, work it in the skin from the center of the face outward until the entire face is covered.

Smooth and Conceal

Apply the Sensual Skin Enhancer using a synthetic brush to any areas of concern: around the nose, the eyes, or any redness and blemishes. To get a softer finish on the coverage, try using a clean, soft eyeshadow brush instead!

Even Out the Skin

Using the Etherealist Skin Illuminating Foundation and a flat kabuki brush, buff it out from the center of the face until the entire face is covered. Add a little more to any areas you may need a little more coverage.

Add that "Pop" of Color

Apply the Creamy Glow Blush to the apples of the cheeks with a fluffy blush brush. To help with this, smile while you apply your blush to ensure proper placement, buffing upwards and outwards.

Highlight Your Face

One of the best ways to look naturally flawless is to highlight the high points of your face. Using the Neo-Setting Powder highlight under your brow bone, bridge of the nose, and cheekbones. You may choose to use a highlighting brush, a fluffy eyeshadow brush, or a fan brush to do this.

Fill in and Shape Your Brows

Using short, featherlight strokes fill in the shape of your brow with the Brow Gel Pencil. Follow the natural shape of your brow to create a natural, full brow shape. Focus on the more sparse areas of the brow.

Curl Your Lashes

To make your eyes look wide awake and open, curl your lashes with the Eye Lash Curler. Place eyelashes between the two plates and squeeze gently to curl and lift the lashes.

Apply Mascara

Create naturally full lashes with Essential Mascara. Starting from the base of the lashes, and stroking upward, wiggle the full-bristled brush through the lashes.

Set Your Makeup in Place

To ensure that your look doesn't move throughout the day, use the Gossamer Loose Powder, set your makeup focusing on the T-zone and under-eye area. Use a large fluffy powder brush for this.

Apply a Nude Lip

Finish the look with a natural nude lip. Line your lines using the Flesh Nude Lip Pencil, and then fill in your lips with a matching expert lip color for the perfect pout!
