Another fantastic Oscars ceremony this weekend with the wonderful MC talents of Jimmy Kimmel! Aside from the brilliant vocal talents of Mary J. Blige and the overall shift of the movie industry towards more female lead roles (#feminism), in case you missed the red carpet looks, we've pulled out our favorites!

Bold Red Lips Are Still a Classic

Not going to lie, Nicole Kidman looks as classy as ever in her stunning blue gown and bright red lip! Whoever said your makeup look had to be fancy to look red-carpet-ready?

Frames for the Face

Her most recent appearance in Black Panther with Chadwick Boseman has put this dazzling woman back in the spotlight. Lupita showed us that having brows that are #onfleek are not the only way to pull a look together.

Violet, Violet, Everywhere!

Ashley Judd and Salma Hayek, with Annabella Sciorra took the stage to present the #TimesUp montage of the many changes that have already taken place in the industry, and how many more should be made going forward. Along with their unity in coming out with sexual harassment accusations against Harvey Weinstein, the trio also rocked the stage in their violet attire.

Salma paired her lavender gown adorned with diamond, with a deep plum lip that near matched the shade of Ashley Judd's strapless plum evening gown.

Red is for More Than Lips

Emma Stone dazzled the red carpet once again with her breath-taking good looks. The strawberry blonde made a bold statement with a monochromatic red and pink look. The Hollywood star donned a maroon satin blouse paired with black satin slacks. Stone carried the hue up to her cheeks and eyes with a lighter pink on her lips.

Pink Lemonade Blondie

Greta Gerwin showed us that blondes can totally wear yellow! Wishing in the spring season with a sequined yellow gown paired with fuschia pink lips and a thick cat-eye, Gerwin stole the red carpet with her gorgeous looks and fabulous pixie haircut.

Whether you're a blonde, brunette, or a redhead there was something for everyone at The Academy Awards this year! Achieve these looks with products from the Skinstore website here.
